Product Platform
RepVera
The Verified Work Record
Career-credibility PaaS built from a blank page to a live US product
The problem
Hiring still runs on self-declared CVs and back-channel reference calls. Recruiters cannot verify what a candidate actually did, and strong candidates have no structured way to carry proof of their journey from one employer to the next. RepVera came to DevionX as an idea on paper: no design, no architecture, no codebase. The mandate was to convert that idea into a credible, US-market-ready product that both HR teams and engineers would trust with their professional history.
How we built it
6 decisionsRan a structured product-discovery sprint to convert the founder’s concept into user journeys, an information architecture and a clickable prototype before a single line of production code was written.
Designed a verified work-record model: every role, project and contribution a professional adds can be corroborated by colleagues, managers or the organisation itself, producing a credibility trail instead of a claim.
Built a dual-persona platform: one experience for professionals building and sharing their record, a separate console for HR and hiring teams to review, filter and shortlist with verified context attached.
Engineered a share-anywhere profile: a single secure link carries the candidate’s CV plus the verified history behind it, so an application arrives with proof already attached.
Implemented row-level security at the database layer so tenancy and privacy rules are enforced by the data platform itself, not only by application code.
Delivered an SEO-ready public profile layer with server-side rendering so verified profiles are discoverable and load instantly for recruiters.
