CampusERP

Customised Institutional ERP with Integrated LMS

Single-platform ERP + Learning Management System for schools and colleges

01

The problem

Educational institutions typically run six or seven disconnected systems: one for admissions, another for fees, a spreadsheet for attendance, a separate LMS for coursework, and manual reconciliation between all of them. Eazelite’s requirement was a single customised platform where administration and learning share one data model, so a student record flows from admission through fees, attendance, timetable, examination and coursework without re-entry, and where a principal, a teacher, a parent and a student each see exactly the slice they are authorised to see.

02

How we built it

8 decisions
  1. Architected a unified data model where the student, staff and academic-calendar entities are shared across every module, eliminating duplicate records and reconciliation work.

  2. Built role-based access control across principal, administrator, accountant, teacher, student and parent personas, with permissions granular enough for multi-branch institutions.

  3. Integrated the LMS directly into the ERP so coursework, assignments, assessments and results live against the same student record used for fees and attendance.

  4. Delivered a fee-management engine covering structures, instalments, concessions, receipts, dues tracking and reconciliation reporting.

  5. Implemented examination and result processing: mark entry, grading schemes, report-card generation and performance analytics.

  6. Built parent and student portals so fee status, attendance, timetable, assignments and results are self-service instead of a phone call to the office.

  7. Designed multi-branch and multi-academic-year support so an institution group operates from one deployment.

  8. Executed a full testing cycle followed by a structured defect-rectification phase ahead of delivery.
